Processing Time

• We process refund requests within 24 business hours of receiving your request
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
• Bank processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your card issuer
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

After a Refund

Upon processing your refund, your download link will be deactivated. We trust our customers to delete downloaded files following a refund.

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues downloading or opening your files — including compatibility issues, corrupted files, or broken download links — please contact our support team first. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours. Technical issues are never a reason to need a refund; we will make it right.
